I’m Brandi, and as your nutritional wellness expert, I have had a passion for health since my late twenties, receiving a dual diagnosis of fibromyalgia and Epstein-Barr. For the past 20 years, I’ve since found ways to control and heal these conditions through integrative holistic medicine — and I have spent the last 25 years studying and practicing such medicine to help others find answers to bring about a more optimal version of themselves.
